Kosmas Kretsos

Kosmas Kretsos, PhD, MBA, is a Senior Director at Pfizer and the Strategy & Consulting Lead for end-to-end R&D, helping the R&D leaders of Pfizer deliver breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. Currently he is supporting multiple enterprise-wide initiatives related to the digitization of drug discovery and development including adaptation of AI in key activities. Kosmas has close to 20 years of experience in Life Sciences and in multiple geographies, with several peer-reviewed publications. Kosmas’ career allowed him to blend applied mathematics, biology, and quantitative systems pharmacology within core pharmaceutical R&D, mainly for therapeutic candidates for auto-immune diseases.
