Sara Ali Al Rumaithi

Sara Ali Al Rumaithi was appointed as the Chief BD, Compliance & SSC Officer of Beema Insurance Services in September 2019 Beema brings to market an innovative, first-to-region insurance product that will give UAE motorists up to 25% cashback on their motor insurance, based on the kilometers they drive.

Prior to her current role, Sara was an Innovation Manager in ENOC where she started working with ENOC 11 years ago. As an Innovation Manager, she was responsible to reach out all employees and businesses to enhance productivity, creativity and cost optimization where during her 4 years in Innovation ENOC had won Ideas UK for the first time and won twice in Ideas Arabia.

Sara Ali Al Rumaithi holds a Masters Degree in Project Management from The British University in Dubai in association with Manchester University and BSc in Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology. Sara is also a graduate from the first batch of UAE Women Leadership program
